I feel like the screen of the player is dead. I switched on the player but the screen remains black with one yellow cross appearing. What do I have to do?

This is the calibration operation of the player screen. It is useful to adjust the touch screen.
Click on the yellow crosses that appear one by one on the screen in the corners and in the middle (16 times).
After the calibration is successful, it will automatically back to “main menu interface”.
